Described by Ofsted as “strong and determined” and by a client as “a formidable leader”, Lisa has exceptional resilience and is very skilled at developing this in others.

Lisa is a qualified CPCAB counsellor and registered with the BACP, she undertakes counselling client work alongside her work as a coach for private clients and education trusts.

She is a freelance trainer for the NSPCC and is a qualified Core Strengths trainer.

Lisa is a member of the CollectivEd Coaching Community with Leeds Beckett University .

She led a University Technical College that was scheduled to close.  During its final year, she and her team moved the school out of special measures and achieved its best ever results. In addition, a meaningful destination was secured for every student and a new role was found for every member of staff. She now supports other schools in the same multi academy trust.

Lisa’s current portfolio of work alongside training includes: developing the coaching skills of all senior leaders in a highly successful multi academy trust; team building and development with Debt Free Advice charity; and, facilitating employee voice systems within a MAT.
