Who?

Touchstone has been developing people and organisations for over 30 years, with a wide range of clients in the UK and around the world.  

Founded by Judith Chivers and Kevin Ford in 1988, Touchstone is now owned by us, Lisa Jepson and Alan Dane.

We have more than 20 years of senior leadership experience in a variety of schools between us, including as Headteachers.

The schools in which we have led all had significant and sustained success in challenging circumstances.

We have a wide range of skills associated with running large organisations, accountability in demanding situations, building and managing high performing teams, and developing talent.
